Danish Salim Qureshi is a British entrepreneur and property investor based in Dubai. He is the founder of DSQ Real Estate, a Dubai-based independent property advisory, and DSQ International Limited, a UK property investment company. His career has been built across business and property over more than two decades, beginning in his hometown of Bolton in Greater Manchester and now spanning two of the world's most active property markets.
Danish operates as an investor first and an advisor second. His approach to property is grounded in personal capital deployment, both in the United Kingdom and in Dubai, and the firms he leads today exist primarily because clients asked him to do for them what he was already doing for himself. He is known for an honest, advisor-led style that prioritizes long-term client relationships over transactional sales, and for offering market-wide advice rather than being tied to any single developer.
He divides his time between the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Born in Bolton, Greater Manchester, into a family business environment. His father owned an optician practice and several fast-food restaurants in Bolton. His mother managed the home.

First exposure to business
Began helping in the family businesses from the age of six or seven, learning the practical mechanics of operating a small business years before most children encounter them.

Completed primary education
Finished primary school at Gaskell CP School in Bolton.
1995 TO 2000
Little Lever High School
Attended Little Lever High School in Bolton through to age 16.
AROUND 1999
Age 15First business venture
Started a buy and sell car business alongside his schooling. The venture continued for several years and remained active through college and university.
2000 TO 2002
Bolton College, Construction
Studied construction at Bolton College for two years, his first formal exposure to the built environment.
AROUND 2003
Age 19Founded Mama’s Kitchen Ltd
Founded Mama’s Kitchen, a frozen-foods manufacturing business in the United Kingdom, at age 19.
AROUND 2005
Age 21First UK property investment
Made his first real estate investment in the United Kingdom, at age 21. From this point onwards, property became a continuous thread of his career, with income from his food and manufacturing ventures funding ongoing property acquisitions.
AROUND 2005 TO 2007
Age 22University Of Bolton, Mathematics
Returned to formal education at age 22, enrolling at Bolton University to study mathematics.
AROUND 2007 TO 2010
University of Manchester, Civil Engineering
Enrolled at the University of Manchester to study civil engineering. Completed three years of the four-year program. He continued operating his businesses and managing his growing property portfolio throughout his studies.
2005 TO 2020
Building a UK property portfolio
Over more than a decade, built a personal UK property portfolio through a mix of buy-and-sell, and buy-rent-appreciate-sell strategies. Properties were acquired in his personal name during this period, funded by income from his food and manufacturing businesses.
2019
First Dubai property investment
Made his first personal property investment in Dubai. Continued to add to his Dubai portfolio in the years that followed.
2020
Founded Kawthar Foods Limited
Formed Kawthar Foods Limited, a United Kingdom meat import and wholesale business sourcing from Spain and Ireland into the UK market.
2021
Founded DSQ International Limited and DSQ Real Estate
Formally incorporated both companies in the same year. DSQ International Limited (United Kingdom) holds his UK property investments. DSQ Real Estate (Dubai) was originally established to manage his own Dubai portfolio, but as friends and contacts began asking him to source Dubai properties on their behalf, the firm developed into a full property advisory business. Relocated to Dubai in the same year, splitting his time between the UAE and the United Kingdom from this point forward.
2021 TO 2026
Building DSQ Real Estate
DSQ Real Estate has grown over five years into a property advisory operating across Dubai and the United Kingdom. The firm works with both end-user clients and investors, advises across buying, selling, renting, property management, off-plan investment, and commercial real estate, and has built a network of advisors and partners. The business is positioned as advisor-led, independent, and market-wide.

Today, Danish leads DSQ Real Estate and DSQ International Limited, working with clients in both Dubai and the United Kingdom on a daily basis.

The next phase of work focuses on three areas: 1. Expanding DSQ Real Estate internationally by opening branches in other markets, to bring foreign capital into Dubai property. 2. Developing a bespoke tailoring business.
